Post Japan Airlines Flight Mileage to KE

I flew on JL 8005 class I (operated and marketed by Japan Airline) but want to credit the mileage to Skypass. It has been almost a month and I have not received the mileage. I assume that I will have to file missing credit now?

Thank you for any advice.

Is JL 8005 Korea-Japan route? I thought only those routes are eligible for accrual.

Unless you flew between those two countries, it's not eligible.
