Strange availability to partners, or normal for KE?

Looking at JFK-ICN-HAN on KE for Feb 2020.
AS shows it available for 120k r/t.
However, when searched ICN-HAN r/t, no availability for those dates.
Expertflyer also shows it unavailable. Delta shows availability on JFK-ICN, but not to HAN. AF shows no availability at all.

I would have already booked it on AS but I am 60K short on miles (for 2). Would rather use more on DL. Any idea why this is happening?

i think it is the same case for many airlines.
Award availability is different for each partner.

From the AS website:

Korean Air: We are aware of an issue with Korean Air award booking failures affecting both alaskaair.com and our call centers. We are working with Korean Air to investigate and resolve this issue. If your travel plans are flexible, please try again using different dates or partner airlines.
