Exit Row Dreamin’
 
Its very difficult to get an Exit Row seat on KE. I can’t seem to save one during web check-ins and my connections typically don’t get me to the gate 3 hours early to request one.

I have noticed KE often seats FA in the Exit Rows.

I thought my AS MVPGold might offer me advantage since they are partners but as soon as I switch my ticket from SkyPass over to my AS mileage plan the itinerary disappears from the KE App leaving me no chance of choosing seats.

Is it correct the only way to request an Exit Row is 3 hours before departure with the GA?

Correct, they only assign exit seats at the airport. Do they even staff the gate that early compared to the check-in counter? Being at the check-in counter as soon as it opens is the safest bet to grab an exit row seat.

Yes. I got to check-in counter about 2 hours before and got an exit row seat.

I will head directly to the ticket counter after landing at LAX.

Where is the KE ticket counter at LAX?

I have heard Terminal 2 from telephone CS but the LAX website indicates the Tom Bradley Int’l Terminal.

My KE flight departs from Terminal-B.

Any assistance appreciated since my connecting flight arrives at Terminal-3.

It is at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, aka TBIT, aka Terminal B.
