Best ICN Lounge flying KE F
Hello all!
I'll be flying JFK-ICN-SIN next week in F and was wondering what the best lounge to hang out in that I would access. I've got about a 6 hour layover at ICN in the late evening, so not really a good (or enough) time to head into Seoul.
I read the reviews on the new Korean First Lounge at Terminal 2 and it sounds okay, but not amazing. Wondering if others have any suggestions of partner lounges that I should be able to access that I should check out. Thanks for any tips! (I'm planning on visiting the Air France lounge at JFK as others mentioned it was solid)

Unfortunately, there are no partner lounges in T2. There are several Priority Pass lounges.

F is the best you have, really. There are some pay lounges (that also take Priority Pass), but Koreans go there en masse for the food. Certainly won't have any air of exclusivity to it.

Thanks! Will do. Appreciate all of the insights. Is it worth going to T1 with that long of a layover for another Partner Lounge?

I enjoyed the F suite on the 77W, but was otherwise totally underwhelmed by KE F.

It's not worth it. Songdo is alright, but it's a lot of work for such a short meal. You'd spend more time walking around finding a place to eat solo. Not to mention if you're solo, you're going to be "stuck" with noodle and rice dishes.
That being said, all of this can easily be found in T2. There are maaaaaany famous Korean restaurants and popular well known places with an outpost at T2 now. Don't have to go to Songdo for local flavor. The airport has the real deal.

Been through ICN 4 times this year and it's never taken me more than 30 min to get landside. Song-do is close enough with the time frame you have, but Taxi will be the only realistic option for you to get there. Should take around 25 min and $15. Though I do agree with Mike to some degree about staying at the airport, I would personally still go out. Song-do is a beautiful city to walk and this time of year the weather is perfect in Korea. As for food nothing beats fried chicken and beer as a first meal in Korea for me, but there are plenty of other options including this awesome Crab joint I discovered on my last trip.

There is no priority security lane at ICN anywhere. They wanted to make one for biz passengers and they did, BUT everyone complained how unfair it was, so it was shut down before they even opened T2. Now it's for disabled/pregnant moms only.
