Meet at ICN Arrival Gate?
 

My wife and I will both arrive at Incheon Airport, with 10 minutes arrival time apart. Both flights are with Korean Air and the arrival gates are all in Exit B. I wonder if we can just meet at one of the arrival gates.

Or that is not possible, we have to meet at the baggage claim after the immigration?

You'll probably be able to meet at the immigration line at the very least.

The arrival gate B refers to the lettered gate after both immigration and baggage claim, not the gate at which you deplane. You could meet up (1) before the immigration line, (2) at baggage claim, or (3) just outside gate B. If it were me, I would just meet outside gate B, since there will be seating and some amenities, in case one of you gets delayed. Immigration is usually not too long at ICN.
