Best way to get recognition for KE agent who went above and beyond?

Best way to get recognition for KE agent who went above and beyond?

On a reroute due to IRROPS, I was rebooked ICN-REP several weeks ago on Korean Air. Upon arriving in Siem Reap, my bags had not arrived -- which did not surprise me in the least based on some updates I had received before leaving the US.

Although Korean Air never received my bags (nor were we originally ticketed on them), the Korean Air baggage services representative in Siem Reap went above and beyond in trying to locate our bags as quickly as possible.

What is the best way to get him some recognition for his actions? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Personally, I would write a letter or send an email to corporate. It might also benefit you as they might try to take special care for next time.
