First class Caviar service on NA routes

I was not able to find anything on this
is Caviar served in First class on all NA departures yyz/jfk/iad-icn and return flights icn-iad/jfk/yyz??

Yea there is caviar service.
Cant remember what the brand is.

Is this new? Neither my JFK->ICN or ICN-JFK routes in October 2014 had caviar served in F.

I flew KE82 JFK-ICN on Tues. (Apr 14, 2015) - no caviar in first. Appetizer was the foie gras terrine with fig compote.

Maybe KE removed caviar service from F.
It was there in 2012 when I flew KE F.

I was curious and asked ke.
Got a reply back and they said

"Caviar service for our First Class passengers is being provided at U.S route
bound for Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and New York.
Foie Gras can be offered instead of Caviar according to Air craft type on that day. "
