I just redeemed R/T KE from GMP-CJU/CJU-GMP for next April and the fuel surcharges were 22,000KW + 8,000KW Airport tax, so it came out to 30,000 KW (around $26USD). Not bad :) |

Was just quoted ~$300 in fuel/taxes for OW HND-ICN-JFK. I already had a OW ticket on hold for travel in the opposite direction for ~$180. I thought that must be an error, but just checked the fare construction on paid tickets and indeed it shows YQ/YR at similar prices with the huge difference based on direction of travel. Even a RT ticket was just slightly higher than the price for the OW ticket originating in JP. Is this common?

Does anyone know what the surcharges are for roundtrip US-Europe on Delta in business? 80k roundtrip in biz looks great ...
