upgrade from business class to First class?
I´m completely unfamiliar with Korean Air, so please excuse the probably stupid question (my search didn´t yield any results):
Is it possible to upgrade a business class ticket to First Class using miles (or otherwise)? This would be a SkyTeam RTW ticket if it makes any difference...
