Jeju Hotel and Car Rental Recommendation

I'm overwhelmed with so much information about Jeju. I'd like to simplify things so I'd like to ask for expert opinions regarding which hotel to stay and what car rental to use. So far I gathered that hotels in Seogwipo is the preferred place for many. We will be traveling to SEA-ICN on June 3 arriving 5:45PM the next day then fly directly to CJU at GMP. so I'm booking the 8:30PM KE flight. We will fly back to Seoul 6/7. So here are my questions:

1. Which is a good hotel to stay that is reasonably priced?
2. Is there any other places besides Seogwipo?
3. What car rental company should be go with? I have an Avis status but I'm not sure if it matters. We prefer cheaper price

Thank you for you the information.

Seogwipo is definitely not reasonably priced. And it's only good if you like expensive resorts with WAY OVERPRICED food/drinks. Like you think America is bad, whew, just wait. Look at Hyeopjae Beach or Aewol area. Try AirBnB. American rental car companies don't really exist in Jeju, so look at Lotte Rent A Car instead.
