No one can say. General path of this flight can change based on Flight Aware. If you come in from the west (usually going straight up and over the Arctic, and down to the west of North Korea - enter ICN from the west) - you'll see literally nothing on arrival except ocean.
Then again today's flight enters Korea from the east. You'll want to be on the right side of the plane for that as you'll see all of Seoul and have actually pretty good views of the tower, mountains, gangnam area. This has been my experience when I fly in from Japan - I can see Seoul Tower, find my house even in Gangnam haha.
