The rate is 55,000₩ for six hours. They do list another website, cyber airport.kr, that definitely does not work, though. Not sure why the link above won't, though.

Since you can't connect to their website, the email address and phone number are above. Also, on their online reservation page here are the rules:
The 55,000W rate does not include 10% tax or 10% service charge.
If you want to stay after 6 PM or after, the basic plan (aka minimum) is 12 hours.
*Only international to international connections.
*You cannot reclaim your luggage within the transfer area.
*You cannot pass through immigration.
**Six hour plan is only for daytime use 7:30a-6p.
*Please clarify flight #, date, arrival and departure times, number of people and exact check in/check out time.
*If you are a no show, the reservation will be held for two hours, but then cancelled at the hotel's discretion.
