it's not very popular in Korea either. Maybe only in the summer months and with a very select few.

I've had dog meat dishes at an official party banquet in northern Jiangsu.

Love offal, delight in horse meat etc. but that experience was truly awful. Not because I'd shy away from eating dog but the taste was fairly subpar.

Dog meat is very popular in Yanbian.
You can get it everywhere.
