compensation!
Yesterday on KL661 AMS-IAH entertainment was reset about 4-5 times in an attemp to make it work for all passengers without result. Fortunately we were all offered compensation. Letters were handed out at disembarkment stating 60 euro vouchers. I was pleasantly surprised to find an email with an 180 euro e-voucher in my inbox which for once I thought to be generous by nature

KL705 AMS-GIG in J. IFE did not work for the entire duration of the flight. Upon arrival the crew handed out 150 euro vouchers to the entire J cabin.
