Electric razor missing - pointless argument?
Flew Business class from AMS-SFO KLM 605 and at baggage claim my name was called to the service desk. Was informed that my bag was not on the plane and would be on tomorrow's flight. My wife's bag made it but for some reason mine was left off. I signed the form to have it delivered to my home which was done at 1am the following evening. All looked intact until I noticed that I had my razor recharging stand but no razor.
Who knows whom took it (handlers in AMS, SFO or the delivery company) but do I have any argument to collect $100 for the lost item? First call to KLM yielded that they are not responsible for electronic items in luggage. |
