Has anyone ever stayed at a Concorde Hotel?

Did you get the Free room upgrade, Late check out and the points for the stay?

Also the link from the KLM website takes me to www.concorde-hotels.com but they dont have a Concorde hotel listed in Kula Lumpur! But i am sure that i have booked a Concorde hotel in K.L!

Does anyone know whats going on?

I stayed at the St Lazare Concorde Hotel in Paris. Got the free upgrade, didn't ask for late check-out, and did get the miles.

The Concorde Hotel in KL (which I also stayed in, and which is quite lovely) is just a hotel that happens to be called 'Concorde'. It's not part of the chain.

Not once have I received the room upgrade for Platinum Elite. Most of the time the staff just look at me stupid, even if I show them the actual FD booklet which states that there are complementary upgrades subject to availability. I've given up trying now.
