KLM Silver comp form required

Is there anyone out there who can email me a copy of the Silver comp form to upgrade Blue to Silver status?

Will be travelling for leasure on KLM metal from AMS to JFK in January soon and am very keen on securing an upgrade.

All you need to do is go to any travel agent, book 30 short haul round trips and they will send you one free of charge.

Alternatively, send me the money to pay for my next two long hauls to Asia and I will email you the form.
