Miles lost in tansfer??? Help!!
Hi!
I asked for miles to be transferred from NW to KLM about 3 months back (address change). And now, am basically stuck. NW apparently transferred them to another account ( coz of elite?)and KLM seems to be unable to fix the problem!! All I got was a auto mail (after the customary 2 week delay) saying that KLM could not do 'such things' via email/online!!! NW says its KLMs problem. so that leaves me... Can someone in Netherlands/Europe help me resolve this mess ? Would appreciate if you let me know... Thanks in Advance. IaLTO |
Were you elite on NW? If so, could you try the elite helpdesk on NW or the equivalent on FD?

Does KLM have an elite desk ? any email/phone ?

Gotta call and be persistent. The same thing happened to me. When KL sent me the card notifying me of option to start a new KL account or consolidate in an existing one, my NW miles went to a new account. Had to call 2-3x before it ws consolidated.
