Internet booking promo

Any one else tried this! Have booked and flown on 4 internet purchased flights recently and claimed the bonus. Today checked the status of the claims and it comes up "no corresponding ticket number found" on all of them. Even the numbers are correct!

Under the old programme these sorts of special bonuses (e.g. for using e-checkin machines) took between 4-6 weeks to post. If that helps....

FD have already processed the special points request - the same happened to me with 3 flights / tickets - the status is updated after they've processed the claim. All the claims were processed within a week.

Hi criscokid,

I know that if you do an on-line missing flight credit request it gets processed immediately and the points post within a few days - pretty impressive really.

It used to take a bit longer to process other sorts of points requests but if they are managing to handle those within a week then that also pretty impressive!
