Missing Flights Credited Yet?
I was missing credit for a number of flights in late September that I took on KLM and its partners and dutifully submitted my request for credit to FlyingDutchman. When I signed on today (first day of new program), I didn't see those miles/point credited yet. Do people have similar experience?

It can take up to December until all flights have been credited. Keep your tickets/boarding passes until that time !

I have some missing partner credits from this summer, which are now worth 1/1.83 less http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif .
I might send them in to Qualiflyer instead, as they always credit those by the following Monday. |

That seems fair to me. Unfortunately,I just checked my account and didn't see that. For example, I received only 500 award miles for a short F class trip that under the old system I would have received 1800 points, which then would have translated to 3298 award miles (1800 X 1.83). Also, on some other missing trips that posted, the entry reads "TCB" under the category column and under transactions column, it reads "Unknown." There was another one where it stated "CSB" under the category column and "unknown" under the transaction column. Does anyone know what "TCB" and "CSB" mean? |
A number of FFP's break up the total miles awarded for a flight into base/class of service/bonus.
I would assume TCB stands for Travel Class Bonus. Do the number of miles under TCB match those collected on the corresponding flights? Under the same logic, CSB might refer to the 50/100/125% elite bonus. I recall a similarly cryptic 'goodwill' category in the old FD statements. |

I think you might be right. Two of my short F flights showed up under the category of "Boarding." As I mentioned, I received 500 award miles for each of them. TCB for each of them was 625 miles and CSB for each of them was 500 miles. 625 is 125% of 500 miles. As a Platinum, do I receive 100% or 125% in bonus miles? Flying first class gives me how much in terms of bonus? 100%? (Sorry, I haven't received my platinum card or kit yet) |
Platinums get a 125% bonus.
First and business class now yield the same 100% bonus, which also counts as 'level miles' (ie. counting towards status, unlike the elite bonus). So it appears: - CSB = Class of Service Bonus - TCB = elite bonus [This message has been edited by monahos (edited 10-25-2002).] |
My missing AS (upgraded) flight from July finally posted (the FD agent I spoke to yesterday saw it but there's a lag). 860 points + 860 CSB + 1075 TCB. I am not sure if the CSB was for Under the old system, it would have earned 1,050 points or 4,200 if the system gave points for FC.
