Horizons...to be fair, it's not NW staff on the ticket desk..once again it's the delightful Gatwick Handling people. When it was NW, they had the answers, and the corporate responsibility (and authority)....today ? you gotta be joking, I reckon I know more about the do's and don'ts than they do. Try asking them to call NW, when you know you are in the right.
