first flight on KLM

I had my first flight on KLM to Milan
iad-ams-mlp
then
lin-ams-ewr
(continental RJ from ewr to iad)

i must say that i was very impressed by the service

in the past 5 years i have had at least 14 flights to europe
with at least 10 of them being on ua/lufthansa/austrian or some star alliance carrier
and i did air france to france last year

KLM BY FAR was the best flight experience

now the food did suck, (i was in coach), but the FAs were nice, i was able to get seats with good legroom, etc, etc

i would definitely favor them over any american owned carrier

KL inflight service is pretty decent and the booze selection is good as well... major problem is the KL ground staff :td:

Getting decent seats is key to surviving the KL economy experience.
