New rule?
 

Last week provisionally booked IAH -AMS - MAN. Rang HD and enquired about U/G IAH - AMS segment. Told that there was availability but ticket no. needed. Confirmed res. got ticket no. and went to HD for U/G. Told by another agent that although IAH - AMS was available I was ticketed through to MAN and there was no U/G availability IAH - AMS - MAN. I thought that I could upgrade the segment across the pond as I have done on several occasions fairly recently. This time I was told... "It is not possible." (several times).

Is this another subtle change or was the agent wrong? :confused:
