transactions do not appear when logging in
 

Since one week, when I log in in my FD-account, there does not show up any transactions ? Anyone has same problem?

(total balance of level and status miles is correct)

Also still did not receive my new FB Platinum membership package yet on my dutch address.

I have the exact same problem. But the total mileage does show up. And it has changed, so I would like to see which pending miles have been added.

Same here, no transactions shown when I open my account.

I still do not have a new card but mine is connected to a AMEX card. And as since some days now there is official information about AMEX and FB (including card-design) on the American Express internet site, I think thats the reason for the delay for the AMEX?FB card.

Is yours maybe connected as well?

No transactions were showing for me yesterday, just logged in now and they are back showing again. :confused:

Mine are back as well, and all pending transactions have been added.

So did finally mine (except for the two segments I flew today), but never mind the ongoing promo, do you think I got the double miles? nooooooo
I'll probably have to call them tomorrow
