Just a quick question:

I would like to know who makes the FD rules etc?
I thought it was a company called Cyg....
Could one of you clever people tell me?

KLM have outsourced FD to a company called Cygnific, but the latter most certainly not make the rules. Nowadays KLM takes orders from Paris.

Are you sure as KLM's ability to ignore anything that is said to them has been one of their major strengths over the years :D

Here is one for you , we all know who runs FD ( Ms Zanchi ), who will be in charge of FB ?? and who is in the helm at F+ ?

I just have this vision of a bald guy in a big seat watching video screens stroking a white cat !!!! :)
