Human HD CSA
 

Have you ever heard a FD CSA laugh! Well I did today and feel I should confess to my own stupidity.

I am still trying to sort a never ending upgrade saga. Today I rang the HD and a really helpful lady tried to solve what seems like an intractable problem but it all started when she asked me for my E-ticket ref.no.

It had been a long day...... I found the ref.no. and quoted it,
08N0V. She told me that I was either a letter or no.missing.

It then dawned on me.

I had just read the date of the booking to her... TWICE..............!! :o

Then I heard her trying to control her laughter....well it shows that there is at least one human working there!! (Didn't solve the problem though!)
