Frustrating or what?

Went to book a good deal on special offers USA. NCL - AMS - LAX and return. £215 +tax. I entered dates, 12th Feb out, 19th Feb return. Came back that no flights available for those dates. (Surprise surprise) So clicked on "Find next match" This then came up with 13th Feb out, 19th Feb back. I went for this.
Came back "These dates do not fulfil the conditions"!! I'm sure the screen was smirking!!! Even the web site has started telling us "It is not possible"

How difficult would it be to program in a facility which when looking for a possible next match took into account it's own rules and ignored the "not possible"

currently "frustrated" but will be exraf again soon

The 'special offers' part of the website played this sort of trick on me too - kept saying 'no seats avalable'. The discovered that if you use the normal booking page, you get the special offer fares with a much much bigger choice of times & routings.

Same experience here. I have booked trips from UK to US using the special offers pages numerous times and it is a horrible excuse for a booking engine. Only in the past few months did I figure out this nugget of wisdom (that the same fares can generally be booked through normal channels).

Yep I second that. Use the normal booking engine for better availability.
