FD member data source glitch?

I just received this e-mail from FD regarding my "enrollment" in the programme. I'm a FD-member for years now...

Another FD anomaly? Anyone else received this one?

I got it twice! The funniest e-mail I've received in a very long time! Needless to say, I have been an FD member from the very first day. Perhaps I should submit a new application, just to be on the safe side?

Odd..twice for me too...and a new number, 41 something ... I'll stick with my existing 1............. number.....unless this is the new AF/KL numbering they are going to use.

Only once for me (so far!). FD member since 95. I also got a new number, too - my existing number prefixed by a 4. mike turnbull's guess that it may have something to do with next year's post-FD/F+ programme sounds very plausible. But that does not excuse the rest of the email ("recently received your application..." indeed!) or inspire confidence in FD's ability to handle (their part of) the merger.

No e-mails. No account statements. No new FD number. No duplicate cards.

Feeling neglected :(

:D

Apparently it was a mistake, they selected the wrong members for this email....

Just got one too... apologies for posting the new thread. I deleted my message there.

Received the same e-mail, however I have not been an FD member since 1997 so I'm concerned about where they get my details from. What happened with the 'wet persoonsregistratie'.

It's time KLM get's their act together.

They have taken note

"Dear Sir / Madam,
Today you received an e-mail from the KLM Flying Dutchman helpdesk with the subject "Survey on Flying Dutchman enrolment". Please ignore this e-mail as it was sent out by mistake. The FD number mentioned in that e-mail may also incorrect, so nothing has changed. Please be assured your FD number has not changed.
Our sincere apologies,
KLM Flying Dutchman "

Looks as though you're "Permanent Blue".

(Or maybe, when you qualify for PE, you'll be "Number One"!)
