Well, my fear on the BKK-AMS flight was unfounded. I left my pre-prepared food in trhe fridge at home so a bad start, ate well in the lounge so all good there and had an acceptable menu on board - no-one ever died from eating beef twice in one day :)

Would anyone happen to have a menu for W class for KL606 (ex-SFO) for September? I see nothing online except generic description of "three choices; two are hot" and nothing is coming up on the "My Bookings" tab.
