KLM website login not working
Around 10 days ago I started having an issue logging in on the KLM website and app, always getting an error that there is a technical issue. On AF app/website everything works ok. I even paid a booking made on KLM through the AF app and I received an email saying I need to pay again because it can only be booked on the KLM website. 🤪
Is anyone else encountering something similar? I hoped it would be solved by now, but it’s still going. |
Happened to me as well yesterday. Today, it asked me to reset the password and now it works again.

The website is kind of horrible. I have this too from time to time, especially after they've had to remove a trip that I've priced out but not paid.
Sometimes I can get halfway logged in, and then logged out when I go to the 'My Trips' page. They're bad at IT and I don't think this is ever going to improve in a meaningful way, barring a completely new website at some point in the future |
Not any problem here. Always could log in for years. The only real glitch I encounter on a few occasions is that paying for SAF with miles does not come through.

Try a different web browser or switching off the "private" mode. I always get an error when I try to login in Private / Incognito mode in Safari... Logs in fine in "normal" mode.
