Ticketing anomaly

Ticketing anomaly

Hello,

I have a flight later in the year ATL-AMS-BER, all in J, that was KL to BER and a mix of KL/DL coming back.

During DL's schedule change Saturday I got rerouted BER-AMS-DTW-ATL.

I changed my flight to the next day BER-AMS-ATL all on KL and have been reticketed and shows correctly on the DL website (who I purchased the ticket through).

On KL's site it shows the outbound fine, but also shows the proposed change they wanted me to accept on January 8, and also the actual change I made for for January 9.

Is this just a KL IT glitch, or something I need to get corrected so KL doesn't think I no-showed on January 8?

Is it listed as two separate trips? Give them a call or chat via WhatsApp

If you go to trip details, can you see ticket numbers for both?

Yes, same ticket numbers for both. Again, everything looks fine on the Delta site, it's just the KLM site that shows the duplicate, albeit different, routes home.

it's going to be cleaned-up at one point. If you purchased through DL and it looks fine on DL site, you should be fine.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply. I did finally get ahold of KLM on WhatsApp and they cleaned up the erroneous flights.
