Using the lounge on arrival at AMS
 

I remember that as a FB Plat one could use the lounge on arrival (no connecting flight). Is this still possible or my memory is terrible ?

Should still be possible. Only through Flying Blue status though, not by use of cabin class. Other Skyteam status does not work either. It has to be Flying Blue Gold or Plat specifically.

Did this a few weeks ago. Scanned the QR code on the KL app and got in, but my colleague who's a KE Morning Calm Premium had some trouble and they let her in with a warning.

Can also confirm that as Plat entered the S crown lounge with the arrival BP last week.

you are connecting so you have access to the lounge.

There's no "arrivals lounge" in AMS. But since you're connecting and have a departing boarding pass on the same day (I'd assume), you can use the lounge if you have access through class or status.

I‘m a Flying Blue Platinum and flew YUL-CDG-AMS, arriving this morning and connecting 12h later on a LY flight to TLV on the same ticket. Business class, issued by Delta.

I wanted to take a shower this morning prior to heading into Amsterdam for the day - and happy to report I scanned my boarding pass and the indicator went green as it usually does.
