Need guidance how to go after KLM for EU compensation
KLM owes me 600 euro (I opted in for a 800 euro voucher) for flight they cancelled 5 days prior to departure on April 1 2022. They first lied to me on the reasons, but later clarified that the flight was cancelled due to operational reasons.
i submitted a claim on April 2, and received a response in July that message had their "utmost attention" and is being "investigated" by the "concerned team."
I've been following up since, with no success.
I'm fed up with their delay tactics.
How can I go after them?
