Yeah, that hint was intended to leave you with a very short list of options. It is indeed one of them.
After speaking to Google, I now know that the type of engine run-up enclosure pictured is not even unique to the airport in question. On the contrary, it is a design found at many airports worldwide. This particular installation can be found on the manufacturer's website, with pictures and all.

Thanks Johan. The challenge, not remembering having seen such structures in person, is finding them on a map, while excluding the other airports.
I have identified one, but now need to (hopefully) exclude the others.
