Where in the world am I? | 2020 edition

Hhhm this one is not easy at all. The atmosphere is Asian, with that peak on the tower somewhere in the middle-left. Some puzzling large pictures on the building just in front of it. Quite some building activity. City seems not a major one with all that open space, which rules out Japan, and some other densely populated areas in CHina and so on in my view. And I cannot easily find a river/coast lay out that fits this picture. Or do I look totally in the wrong area in the world?

So I guess it is my turn again I was surprised to find out that AF customers have free shuttle from Montreal to Quebec..
And my next destination is both served by AF and KL.
