I would just like to thank KLM for great service on WhatsApp.
I travel a lot with Adria and had booked return ticket LJU-AMS using KLM code share. On the night before departure, just after midnight I learn that Adria ceased operations. I contacted KLM via WhatsApp and an hour later I have noticed that they offered me connection through CDG. That was like 1:30 a.m.
Sure I was late, but I was flying on one of few planes departing LJU that day. The whole airport has been deserted. But thanks to KLM, I got place on tiny Hop Embrarer.
I just switched to SkyTeam.

Same here... I just used WhatsApp to make a change to a one way ticket. No waiting on hold for hours like AA. No can't get a hold of anyone over at Finnair. They did take 14 hours to respond to the initial WhatsApp, but after this rebooked my flight for me using WhatsApp and it all went smoothly. Other airlines, take notice!!

Yes, it is handy instead of waiting on the phone. However; once I asked a general question about cancelling a flight, and they replied: «Dear Mr… Thank you for… We have now cancelled booking XYZ123…». After that I had to spend 3 hours on various phone lines, ruining the whole day, in order for they to re-activate the booking. An option I, of course, at first, was told not was possible. 🙄
