Privium passport details
 

Does anyone here have any experience with changing the passport that is linked to the Privium card? I called to make an appointment, but was told it was not necessary, could be done any time. This surprised me, that they would have Marechaussees available all the time for that. I only have Privium basic so no lounge access and I don't want to go there just to be told it would be a long wait.

As long as the lounge is open, there's an officer on duty in the KMar office.

Thiswas not a problem when I had to do it . they just rescan your details and iris. pretty much the same time as if you were newly registering to privium.

I was told to do this by appointment - but when I showed up very early no problem. KMAR guy entered and scanned and that's it - 5 mins max.

Yeah, no real appointment necessary (though they say you should get one just in case).

They will generally allow you to stay in the lounge after your appointment, with or without reservation. See it as an upgrade teaser. So you may want to allow half an hour extra for that
