DL Platinum/KLM Baggage Question
Good afternoon,
I apologize if this has been asked before but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on this topic. I'm a Platinum member with Delta and I'm looking at purchasing a one-way ticket on KLM from AMS to MUC. I see a codeshare flight that I'm interested in however when I select the flight it comes up with one of the conditions as being hand luggage only up to 12kg. Are we not allowed to check luggage on KLM flights? Is this something specific to the fare I selected or, if I call and have my SkyMiles number entered will it automatically allow for checked luggage?
