CityHopper: food service in Business class
I will be taking a CityHopper flight from LBA-AMS, in Business class.
What can I expect in terms of complimentary beverages and food?
This plane will depart at 06:20, so I won't be hitting the booze!

Food is probably something like fruit, yoghurt, warm bread, jam and cold cuts.
Coffee, tea, water, juice and soda will be available. On my last 6AM flight the person behind me was having a champagne breakfast, but I don't know for sure of this is always available.

I can confirm what @danfl44 is saying. Breakfast includes fruit, fruit yogurt, two pieces of warm bread, jam, butter, and typically salmon. I've seen that on a couple of flights now.
The food is considerably better than the sandwich you get in economy.
