KLM Special meals from LAX

Hi everyone! I'll be taking KL602 in EC soon and just wondering why not to play with special meals this time. The standard economy class meal is indeed very disappointing on KLM (except for a breakfast omelette which I think better in eco than what KLM serves in business). Has anyone tried special meals from LAX? Any chance it might be better or at least healthier?

They show the following options available: Gluten free / Kosher / Diabetic / Hindu / Low fat / Low sodium / Lactose free / Vegan / Lacto-ovo vegetarian.
