Flight time changes - Options
 
I have a flight on KLM from SIN-DPS that has had a flight change by 2.35 hours. The flight isn't until December but I have since found better options get to DPS.

As the flight change is over 2 hours, does this mean I can take a full refund if I wish? And if so, can this be decided at any time before the flight, assuming that I havent been contacted and havent had any contact with them (only found out by chance).

Basically, does this give me a 1 time flexibility option on the flight?
