SkyPriority is looking for quality observers

Maybe this is a way of getting the SP implementation at KLM improved:

The link is personal.

Thanks, I've updated the link with one that should hopefully work.

Edit: How it works is you go through the questionnaire and at the end you'll hear if you can register as a quality observer. You'll then fill in your details and a while later you'll get a confirmation e-mail. Even then your participation is not yet confirmed, that will happen if you are finally accepted into the panel.

There is already a thread about this in the Skyteam forum
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/skyte...ity-panel.html

It seems it takes forever to obtain confirmation that you are selected (or not) :td:

Wait, isn't this the existing Quality Observer that we've been using for a long time already? Here's the thread that started back in 2013 http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-f...r-program.html

I have the app and it's been updated recently so maybe they are upping the use of the program. I get asked every few months or so to rate a flight I'm on.

That's AF/KL, but SkyPriority is another organisation altogether.

I don't know because I'm still waiting for final confirmation that they want me in this program and to have access to their special app, but I don't think so.

They probably would just change the name. I'd be surprised if it was different.

Is it? I thought SkyPriority was just the name of AF/KL's priority boarding scheme.

No. It's a whole Skyteam thing.

stimpy Jul 17, 2015 2:38 am

Skyteam isn't that different from AF/KL as AF/KL are founding members and one of the key drivers of the alliance. So if AF/KL likes the Quality Observer program they can put it forward as an alliance wide program. Like I said, recently there's been a lot of activity in developing the app with many new features. I doubt they did that only for AF/KL, but we'll see.

Just got the invite and credentials for the app.

mfkne Oct 5, 2015 8:58 am

So did I

Not at all and Sky Priority is quite boring when you fly short haul in Europe (except AMS and CDG) as you allways answer:
was a sky priority sign : yes
did they call SP pax first : yes
was the sP enforced by gate personal : NO (as they let no SP pax (easy to see on boarding passes) board first.:td:
