Confirmed: Ryanair to serve AMS from 27/10/2015
Could KLM soon be facing intensified shorthaul competition from Schiphol?
Anna.aero has shortlisted their 10 most likely picks, but have reduced the hot favourites for designation as bases down to 3: Amsterdam, Gatwick [already served, but not a base] and Orly.

Indeed, our biggest challenge next year will be having enough aircraft to satisfy demand, not just from consumers, but from airports across Europe.” O’Brien also said New Ryanair’s 2014 base additions are a good example of this change in its appeal. “We have already opened new bases at Athens, Brussels Zaventem, Lisbon and Rome Fiumicino, with Cologne [Bonn], Gdansk and Glasgow to follow this month, and our 180 new aircraft will allow us to grow by 30m customers over the next five years. We estimate that 50% of that growth will be at primary airports.”

Ryanair receives 9 daily slot pairs at AMS for winter season

Confirmed by Stichting Airport Coordination Netherlands (SACN), which handles slot allocation at the country’s airports, the slots are available from W15/16. Ryanair has until 31 August to confirm whether it will take them up or return them to SACN. The airline had previously applied for slots at Amsterdam for the S14 season, but did not take up its allotted batch, apparently due to a shortage of available aircraft.
London Stansted, Paris Beauvais, Barcelona and Frankfurt Hahn
(to be honest, I can't see them flying to Hahn from Amsterdam. I would suspect that Dublin would be added long before they even thought about Hahn)
also of interest, from that article: the 12 European destinations with the most seats from Amsterdam

I would find the service between Zestienhoven and AMS quite useful ^^^
And once Lelystad is up and running as the "leisure airport" of Amsterdam/The Netherlands, a service between LEY and AMS would also be very, very useful!!!
They could have a full domestic network all with just three routes:
RTM-AMS-ENS; MST-EIN-AMS; AMS-LEY-GRQ

Or use the old air base at Soesterberg as a hub:

There might still be some Fokker F27 Friendships lying around to run the service
