Economy Comfort fees for FB Ivory flying with FB Platinum
Do the normal Economy Comfort/Preferred Seating fees apply to FB Ivory/Silver/Gold members if they are on the same booking as a FB Platinum?

The fees apply for a travelling companion of FB Platinium based on the status (or lack of) of the companion, as long as its FB number is also in the booking.

I assume you are travelling on KL. In that case the applicable discount is only given to the card holder (and not to companions on the same booking or not).

This means this person is to pay the full amount.

It happened to me last year: I booked 2 tickets sitting next to each other, but they were different prices when I booked online. It was because I got my gold EC discount and the Ivory paid full price.

No dice on KLM, unlike Delta where up to 9 companions benefit from the status.
