You must be correct, there's been no time for a refit. Since the middle of March when the first 332 was done (that was PH-AOD), PH-AOE has been flying pretty much continuously.

Looks like a 50-50 chance to score the new seats
How many of the 333s haven't been upgraded yet? I have a ticket for MIA-AMS in November and am trying to figure out the odds of the new seat. Currently listed as a 333.

Technically, all the A333 should be refurbished by November.

Sweet!

That explains why PH-AKE ‘s been on the ground since May 30th. I’d expect refurbishment to be quicker by now.

They must've seen the (lack of) satisfaction ratings on the Panasonic equipment... glad they're going for GG 2Ku.

I am flying in the first week of August. What are the chances of getting the New WBC on the flight to Abu Dhabi?

A330-300 is must be about 50% and 10% for the A330-200 I would say.

I'll pop a nice cork the day the Slippery Slope seat is gone for good!

Just to confirm, AOE is not yet done. In fact on my flight today, it wasn't in the best shape. One row (30 CDFG) of seats in economy inoperable, a diaper table in lav with the same msg and an overall tired looking plane.

Could also tell the new service rolled out on July 1 was well in effect, will need to bring more to eat along for the next trip.

PH-AKE is back in the air today. It’s been a month and a half since it last flew.
PH-AKF has been on the ground since 12 July. My conclusion of the current status:

PH-AKA done
PH-AKB done
PH-AKD
PH-AKE done
PH-AKF in progress
PH-AOA
PH-AOB
PH-AOC
PH-AOD done
PH-AOE
PH-AOF done
PH-AOM
PH-AON done

Are they gonna change the seat maps so you know what you're going to get? The layout iirc is not something you can tell by.

Will know about PH-AKE

I am scheduled on A333 PH-AKE from AMS to MSP tomorrow and will be able to confirm if the business class has been retrofitted as is suggested by its' long absence from flying. I hope it is! I also hope they don't change the plane on me last minute. I am still confused as to what the new seat layout will be for the New World Business, is it the same 30 seats in business on the A333? Because that's what my seating chart is showing for the flight.

I've been keeping an eye on this thread and looking deep in to google for what KLM A330-200s are/will be reno'd when and it's hard to find that info! I messaged KLM FB yesterday and they have confirmed the following are back in action, fully reno'd:

- PH-AKA
- PH-AOD
- PH-AKB
- PH-AKE

I'm scheduled on an a330-200 in WBC in October so I'm hopeful mine will be a reno'd one too because those slippery slope business seats are not as fun as the fully lie-flats. They also said they are still on track for all the a330-200s to be completed by end of October.
Cheers!
