Armrest in EC

Odd question I know but I was reading on another forum that in some of KLM's aircraft the armrest does not raise completely.

Is this true?

I will be in EC on a 747 and have the whole row to myself. The plane looks rather empty and I was hoping to be able to raise the armrests and stretch out...

Thanks in advance for your help! :-)

The armrest will not raise in bulkhead rows.

And how do you know you'll have a whole row to yourself?

I don't but I'm hopeful and the flight is in a few days and EC looks pretty empty. Assuming seat map is accurate since one has to select EC upon purchasing it.

Be aware that KLM will sometimes move elites (that are in economy) 'forward' when checking in at the airport or using the manifest

I am on the plane now, NOT in a BH and the armrests do not raise completely. Probably 65 degrees or so. Definitely inhibits lying across three.

BH? Somehow I don't think you mean the Dutch/German meaning of the word, but that sounds rather funny!
