response time of KLM to comments submitted on website?
Does anyone have experience with how long it takes to get a reply from KLM to comments submitted on their website (requesting a reply)? Back in May I had commented on an inordinate delay in getting delayed baggage delivered (a full working day after arrival of the business class baggage it finally showed up at where we were staying, less than 100 km from the Schiphol airport), and am still waiting for a reply.

Response time usually is within a couple of days. I would suggest to place your complaint again.

Otherwise try Facebook or Twitter - they usually respond very quickly, even on weekends.
