I hit 4 meters this time. On the sidewalk, approximately underneath the bottom of the left hand corner of the KLM picture.

I think there's an easy way to find out the right place, it needs 3/4 twitter accounts to use as baits.
You test one position on one account, gives you the distance between your spot and the right one. You do the same for one or two other accounts.
Then you place markers on Google Maps corresponding to the positions you tested, you draw circles corresponding to the distance for each spot, then you should get the right one.
With your 'right' Twitter account, you mark the spot :P

But checking the List of most populous municipalities, Calgary is 3rd, with Vancouver a fairly distant 8th.
