What's up with KLM.com?
I'm trying to make a booking on KLM.com but keep getting error on the page and won't let me go any further after I choose the days available in the grid to choose what departure and type I want...
Is it only me? Cheerio |
It's not only you. Last week I tried to make two bookings on KLM.com and there were numerous errors that occured. after calling the online helpdesk they told me to use IE. Same thing happened. Then called res. desk and got disconnected. They really want my business!
Finally ended up calling the res desk and paid the phone res. fees. I wish I'd made screenshots to write a complaint. |

I guess they don't care anyway... |
Then you risk losing that hard-won and cherished gold card!!!
Though as you only have the Anna Livia lounge in which mostly to use it...it sounds like it didn't turn out to be everything you wished for. |

1. I get to checkin at premium checkin desks so no long queues at the airport, 2. I get to pack my bags to the fullest extent as I get 10 Kg extra wight allowed, 3. I get to use the fast track at quite a few airports (and more are being added), 4. I get to use lounges (ok some are better than others), 5. I get to choose better seats when flying long haul (UD on the 747 services) free of charge during booking and better seats on domestic in France , 6. I have gotten upgrades on purchased N tickets on long haul. |
I was merely referring to your first experience with FB Gold status. But of course as you achieved status in September, you're all set with Gold status until March 2011.
Perhaps in future I should indicated when I'm talking with my tongue in cheek using the :p icon. |
I've also noticed quite a few problems with the klm.co.uk booking tool lately, as also quite often with the AF website. However, I've rarely had them both go loopy at the same time; and, I think, one can now book 'pure' KL flights (not just code-shares &c) on the AF website and vice versa ... so you just need a wee bit of cunning and a large dose of persistence!
[And I know how much you love the AF/CityJet websites, Cupart ;)!] -- Henry |
I managed to book a KLM flight last week, but could not manage to book an award flight. Kept on getting a message that there was a technical error!
