long term parking at t5
 

i know they have a great garage right next door, can we park there for 4 days?
how much will it be? and what are the chances that we will be able to get a spot? is it extremely crowded?

Check the PA website for daily rates, but certainly you can park there for 4 days (assuming the rates are to your liking). It is a pretty good sized garage.

It is a pretty good sized garage and the garages in the Central Terminal Area never seem to be crowded (outside of holiday times). In the unlikely event it is, just park next door at Terminal 7 and take the AirTrain one stop back to T5.

Parking at the Yellow Lot (near Terminal 5)
$30 a day or $120 for your 4 days

Parking at the Long Term lot (15-20 minutes away by Airtrain)
$15 a day or $60 for 4 days

I would say that unless you don't have the extra 15 to 20
minutes, parking in the new garage is a waste of $60

Long term parking at Kennedy is excellent.

The lots are huge, clean and safe. I have used them at all times of the day (including the middle of the night getting off of red eye flights).

As Jersey Guy said, give yourself an extra 15-20 minutes and save yourself some dollars.

BTW, in the long term lot, while it is $15 a day, they charge you in eight hour increments ($5 per eight hours) so you are not hit with a full day charge unless you are there over sixteen hours of that twenty four hour period.
